My Hit List

The hit list is is a list of the projects for 2014 that I do not have but will acquire as they come on sale and as my budget allows. This list is kept deliberately small so that I can afford to carry out my targeted stash acquisitions!

The rules are that I cannot change the hit list during 2014 and I am confined to this list for purchasing new stash (unless something comes up for a gift, ie a baby/wedding sampler, or a complete bargain that would not otherwise be available). At the start of 2015, I can review the list and decide to scrap items I no longer want or keep them on.

Chatelaine

- Russian Windows (waiting for the yahoo group release to finish). Think this would be a good first time chatelaine project and the materials are quite cheap ($62 including silks, I will probably convert to DMC to make it even more affordable)

Mirabilia

- Enchanted Mermaid

I plan to keep her in our bathroom. She's my favourite of the mermaids.

Dimensions Gold

I like to collect Dimensions Gold kits, even the ones I know I will never stitch. I wish I could do them all. Currently these three two are on my hit list:

- Midnight Dance - purchased July 2014

- Gracious Era

- Max in the Adirondacks (out of production)

Design Works
I love Design Works pictures, not a big a fan of their kits (I have been spoilt by Bothy Threads and Dimensions Gold and expect my thread sorted and labelled accordingly). However, they are always a bit more affordable than other brands.

- My Day Off - I would love to hang this picture and the one below in our bathroom one day! I don't know how well they will fit in with Enchanted Mermaid (maybe many years from now by the time I get to stitching these we will be living somewhere with an ensuite and a bathroom - how decadent!)
