A very slow year for stitching. The first few months I began and abandoned a birth sampler and also began a Mirabilia (Autumn Queen) which I soon put to one side in order to focus on my first finished piece, Love Blossoms, for a friend's wedding present. I fell pregnant in March and battled morning sickness for four months. Cross stitching was not good for the nausea. I had a friend's baby due in June and due to work being hectic and my pregnancy leaving me with little energy in the evenings, progress was slow.
Nevertheless, Bodhi's birth record was completed before the end of the year. I then smashed out two birth records and a fair bit of a Christmas stocking for my newborn daughter, but none of these were finished by the end of 2015.
Two finished pieces for 2015 = not happy! BUT I think I have paved the way for at least three finishes in 2016.
