My cross stitching corner

So we have moved to Perth and as part of the move we now live in a house instead of an apartment and we have added a rescue dog to the family. 

I have just finished setting up my cross stitching corner and I love it!!

My very first cross stitch I designed

So the second x stitch I made my husband for his 30th birthday was designed by moi. It was a piss take of his favourite expression "I'm in the desert to do two things: mine iron and pump iron!" Funny because it's not true - the closest he gets to pumping iron is fiddling with toilet pumps in the iron-rich ground (he's a plumber).

The x stitch is now hanging up somewhere at Area C mine in the Pilbara, Western Australia.
